On the inspiration for his new album, 'i/o', Peter Gabriel tells The Music in an exclusive Australian interview, "Forgetting where we came from has led us to believe we can survive, irrespective of what we do to the planet. It’s becoming very clear how dumb that really was."
An album released 30 years in the making, 'i/o', follows a year in which Peter Gabriel steadily released new songs on each full moon.
"As a community of artists, we need to band together to make common sense change."
Winners will be announced on Friday, 5 May, with Gabriel on the judging panel.
"I can't think of anyone whose job couldn't be done better by Al in 10 years time, maybe five.”

His first concerts in seven years.
Along with bonus live discs, this new edition’s remastering may well let you hear even more in it.
