Gold Coast musician current Groovin The Moo favourite Amy Shark has soared in the ARIA Albums Chart with her Night Thinker EP to claim a #2 debut, sitting just behind unstoppable UK star Ed Sheeran, while Allday’s Speeding cracks the top 10.

The high debut from Shark follows a massive few months, with the singer scoring #2 on triple j’s Hottest 100 with single Adore – which also went to #1 on the Singles Chart - and just this past week claiming two titles at the Gold Coast Music Awards.

Sheeran's ÷ (Divide) has now stayed atop the ARIA Albums Chart for eight weeks straight while continuing to monopolise the Singles Charts.

With Allday’s 2014 debut album, Startup Cult peaking at #3 upon release, his follow-up has debuted at #6, as the Adelaide muso also tours Groovin The Moo.

After announcing her cancellation from today’s Groovin The Moo due to illness, Aussie favourite Tash Sultana rockets back into the charts with her 2016 debut LP, Notion, jumping to #13 as her Murder To The Mind makes a debut on the Singles Chart alongside new music from Shawn Mendes, The Weeknd, Paramore and more.
