Badlands Bar

Badlands is Perth's newest live music venue and late-night bar. The Badlands "Main Room" hosts ticketed gigs for up to 400 people every Friday and Saturday night. The likes of Karnivool and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are the early bands to have dominated and sold-out the Badlands Main Room.

Badlands also has late/loud/live and local bands tackling the "Midnight Special" timeslot in the Hen House Live room with a cosy 80-capacity room and awesome acoustics. Bands play among the crowd to give it a feel like no other venue in Perth, and few in the world. Order your drinks through the hole-in-the-wall and get involved!

Jack Rabbit Slim’s

Live — with a side of fries. Jack Rabbit Slim’s is a live music venue, bespoke bar, lounge, and late-night diner rolled into one. Open until 5am every Friday and Saturday, it’s the perfect place to meet with mates, share a rum‘n’chocolate shake and a bowl of chilli fries, before heading over to the dancefloor, cheap beer in hand, to shake it off as the Slim's Jukebox DJs spin your fave indie throwbacks until the wee hours.

Already, Aus music faves The Delta Riggs, ASTA and Hey Geronimo have brought record crowds through the doors, all stamping for encores.

Mojos Bar

The home of live original music in Fremantle. Mojos Bar loves live original music, seventeen days a week. It loves it local and foreign, hard and soft, new and old, obvious and obscure, friendly and furious — you get the idea — from international touring acts with a penchant for intimacy to unknown locals with something else in their eye.

If you like your music original and you like it good, then get your mojo here. Big names such as Thee Oh Sees, Bleached, Bob Evans and Thelma Plum can be found twinkling in the Mojos archives.

The Bird

The Bird is a live music venue, based in Northbridge, that thrives on good vibes. The Bird hosts a range of live entertainment, exposing up-and-coming local musicians, monthly story telling night, the infamous Hip-Hop Kara"YO!"ke and international heavyweights playing intimate shows.

The space is split between the main room and bar, and a low-key courtyard offering an open-air space for drinkers and conversationalists to do their thing. Peter Bibby, The Ocean Party, Terrible Truths, Methyl Ethel and The Shabbab are just a handful of acts who’ve brought in big crowds and the vibes to match.
