Beautiful music out of NZ via a remix from the UK.. Maya Payne is a young solo artist out of Christchurch, New Zealand, who combines sparse beats with effortlessly smooth vocals that pays homage to the likes of Chet Faker and a stripped back Chvrches. Meanwhile, Will Gibson, AKA Someones Enemy, is the ripe old age of 17, fresh out of Carlsle in the UK, who has already caught the attention of the abovementioned bearded one. Upon hearing Payne's single Fragile, Gibson decided he'd add some lush electronica around the vocal, and the results are what you see below - pretty awesome.
