Album Review: Willie Nelson & Merle Haggard - Django And Jimmie

Nelson and Haggard are like the country uncles you wish you had.

Their friendship is highlighted in Unfair Weather Friend, on this album their fourth collaboration. All Gone To Pot is pretty much let’s smoke some weed and have fun. The album is full of stories about girls, love, whisky and their love for Johnny Cash. The songs are very mellow; it was hard to find an outstanding track as they all flowed together. A very laid-back country album with humour and honesty, Nelson and Haggard are incredible together, like they’re brothers.
