Following the release of his house and disco flavoured ‘Michael’ LP under the banner of Les Sins in November, American Recording Artist & Producer Chaz Bundick, a.k.a Toro Y Moi, recently released the new video for ‘Empty Nesters’, the first single of his upcoming album ‘What For?’, which he wrote, shot and directed himself.

Bundick has given us the first taste of his new album with ‘Empty Nesters’. This aesthetic tune makes you feel like you’ve just jumped straight back into the 90’s,with its sweet, summery harmonies and an edgy breakdown that just keeps givin’. From the sunshine-drenched guitar-pop to the funky breakdown this nostalgic tune just weaves in elements of funk, disco, garage rock and 90’s power pop.

‘What For?’ will be out April 7th via Carpark Records. Watch the self-directed clip for 'Empty Nesters' below as Bundick taps the Grim Reaper to join his band for carefree jam sessions in both a cemetery and an arboretum.
