Live Review: Tame Impala shares new retro video for 'Is It True'

After sharing a couple of teasers on Instagram overnight, Tame Impala has shared official visuals for The Slow Rush bop, 'Is It True'. With a retro tinge, Parker gives us visualiser vibes thanks to psychedelic graphics and effects on Parker as he dances and sings to camera.

The clip comes after last month in which Parker celebrated five years of his groundbreaking record, Currents (read our retrospective piece here). Parker has been keeping busy with all things Tame Impala since his fourth album, The Slow Rush, which was released in early 2020. Performing for Stephen Colbert's show, releasing a new remix for 070 Shake, and jumping on Song Exploder, Kevin Parker continues to peel back the layers of his latest release, giving fans a whole lot of content to digest in lieu of the band's biggest tours to date which have been rescheduled due to the pandemic.
