London's pop prodigy SHURA, has just shared the OFFICIAL VIDEO for her most recent single release, 'White Light'.

After the release of her delicately astounding hit '2SHY' and the video for 'Touch' last year (which went viral and sits at a casual 13 million views on youtube), SHURA shares the video clip for her newest release 'White Light'.

Theres no denying that this UK based artist, is the new up and coming retro pop princess on the scene. Emotionally driven and unapologetic, her tracks cut straight through to the deep and vulnerable parts of you and create nostalgic magic... Just the way pop music should.

Filmed on Somserset's Cheddar George, the clip follows two fair haired people searching for each other, one of whom is SHURA's twin brother, Nick. Directed by Noel Paul, SHURA emulates the celestial, retro sounds within her track with a Sci-Fi inspired music video. Using vast landscapes, glowing eyes and flashes of unexplained light, there is attention paid to the looming undertones of 'White Light' that hint at something outer-worldly and alien.

It excites us a whole lot to see SHURA effortlessly create more brilliantly constructed music. Following the footsteps of Solange and Dev Hynes, her tracks act as the perfect pop crossover to retro electronica with a disco twist. And she delves into her psyche and opens her heart up in the way that Robyn did back in 2009 with 'Dancing On My Own'.
