Sydney's Rebel Yell pulls together a group of pals for one hell of an aerobics class in her full throttle 'Night Drive' clip.

What a month it's been for Sydney's REBEL YELL. After playing at our 13th birthday as part of Vivid Sydney in mid-June, she headed to Europe to play a bunch of shows, came back, played at this year's Splendour In The Grass and in between, somehow found the time to release a gritty pop track with Exhibitionist titled 'With You' AND she put together a new track, 'Night Drive', with a clip to accompany it too.

Last year saw Rebel Yell release her debut record Hired Muscle, an eight-track affair traversing crunchy industrial techno and blending it with elements of pop. It emerged a record that harnessed a sound totally of her own, and 'Night Drive' sees her continuing to push even her own boundaries.

The track itself features one of her cleanest vocals yet, the sass in her vocal ringing aptly through the distortion coded into the recording. The acidic instrumental sees a club-ready melody chime atop a punchy beat, the driving percussion relentlessly pushing this one forward.

The clip features a Sydney-centric cast of pals, including Marcus WhaleFBi Radio's Amelia JennerAngus McGrathAntonia Gauci and more. They're getting their retro-sweat on with a dark and moody aerobics class, aptly choreographed by Retrosweat, a Sydney dance studio that has brought the authentic 1980's freestyle aerobic workout back to life.

You can catch Rebel Yell live all around the country over the next few months. Check out those dates below.
