WATCH Sydney-based singer/songwriter Rainbow Chan's latest video for track 'Fool's Gold'.
Sydney's very own RAINBOW CHAN is many things - indie-pop goddess, multi-instrumentalist, bedroom producer, and all-round babe - need I say more? But none of those things attest to what this video proves she really is at heart - simply a girl with an unrequited love for Aaron Kwok.
Okay, so first off let's just start off with saying - for those of you playing at home, Aaron Kwok (and correct me if I'm wrong) is an 80's Hong Kong singer, dancer, and actor (and dreamboat - you'll see in the vid).
RAINBOW CHAN has just released her video for 'Fool's Gold' a track from her debut EP 'Long Vacation' out on SILO ARTS. The video is set within her parents local Sydney Chinese takeaway restaurant, and shows the singer preparing various foods between shots of her sultry poses for the camera, one shot of which where she is wielding a kitchen knife. Fierce.

We later see this lavish meal in-preparation set out on a dining table as a full feast for two: RAINBOW CHAN herself, and Aaron Kwok (in framed photograph form - complete with adorning paper love-heart cutouts).
This clip is a great representation of the song, and in turn an even better representation of CHAN, especially being set within her parents shop you can feel a certain connection on a somewhat personal level with the artist. With all this in mind, it's easy to see that RAINBOW CHAN has certainly done an amazing job with her debut EP and video clip - and she's not a bad dancer either.
