WATCH the latest installment in the SOUNDCHECK series from THE OPERATIVES this time interviewing Parisian producer ONRA.
Parisian beat producer, Arnaud Bernard - more commonly known as ONRA recently caught up with THE OPERATIVES when he graced our shores for a unique one-off show a few months back.
Keeping busy with an ever-growing back catalogue of releases, ONRA has been on top of the game for a long time - releasing a total of 6 albums total, including the critically acclaimed 'Chinoseries', an experiment Arnaud undertook based on sampling exclusively Chinese and Vietnamese records over a period of solo pilgrimage throughout these countries over a span of months.
Currently signed to the A-Trak-owned label Fool's Gold Records, ONRA has been steadily playing only a handful of shows over the last couple of months here and there, including only one Australian date in Perth before retracting back into the studio to no-doubt work away on what he does best.

In this installment of THE OPERATIVES new video series SOUNDCHECK (the first of which interviewed Brainfeeder lass TOKiMONSTA), ONRA talks about his humble beginnings as a music lover and artist, his sampling etiquette, playing Budapest, and more all with the swoon-inducing tinge of his French accent.
With THE OPERATIVES delivering such a high calibre of talent with each installment of their SOUNDCHECK series, we are very eagerly looking forward to what might be next in store!
