Live Review: WATCH: Kelly Dance 'Head In The Noose'

Dreamy and melodic in both the visuals and the sounds of 'Head In The Noose,' the first video and single released off Goodnight Berlin, upcoming LP release from  KELLY DANCE.

Dance's crackling and smouldering vocal with a slow burning guitar strum opens 'Head In The Noose,' which continues for the majority of the song with a creepy synth making an appearance later in the track. This is a song drenched in a mood of utter melancholy. The lyrics are haunting and particularly dark, which have been matched by a video touching on similar moods.

Shot in London, the video for Kelly Dance's 'Head In The Noose' features her walking through the streets with a look of loneliness and loss ravaging her. Thanks to the addition of a black and white filter and a harsh spotlight directed at her throughout the video 'Head In The Noose' becomes totally startling song showcasing the artist's handle on her material.
