FLYING LOTUS collaborating with surreal animation artist Cyriak was a match made in heaven. The video for ‘Putty Boy Strut’ (the eighth track off of FlyLo’s upcoming album Until the Quiet Comes) tells a twee little story so perfectly fitting the music you’d swear the track and video were made together. Seriously, I could write essays on this shit.
The rest of the album is due out for official release on October 1st from Warp Records, it features guest vocals from Erykah Badu, Thom Yorke, Thundercat, Niki Randa and Laura Darlington. Needless to say, we’re pretty excited.
