Live Review: WATCH: DZ Deathrays 'Dollar Chills'

DZ Deathrays are not chill. They do not chill, they thrash. They will thrash CAN'T SAY to pieces tonight.

DZ DEATHRAYS’ last video, for the single ‘No Sleep’ off recent LP Bloodstreams, had them mucking around with Arj Barker in a remake of Paul Simon’s clip for ‘You Can Call Me Al’.

Well, apparently whimsy is fucking over because the boys have taken a much more chaotic and destructive turn with this video for ‘Dollar Chills’, which has them (and two other mystery people) breaking shit and starting fires all over a suburban neighbourhood. All wearing those incredibly creepy silver skull masks of course.  The band has said that the clip has nothing to do with the lyrics of the song, and that it was, ‘the most fun you can have making a film clip’. \m/
