How cray-mazing is the concept of an intergalactic stripper pole populated by infinite babes shaking their jiggly bits to a Diplo track?

On a scale of one to ten, how cray-mazing is the concept of an intergalactic stripper pole populated by infinite bootylicious babes shaking their jiggly bits to a DIPLO soundtrack? You’ll have to watch the new video for ‘Set It Off’ to be sure but let me tell you now that it’s at least a nine.

Editor Gabe sure was glad that I pitched to pen this article, and I’m guessing that relief may have something to do with my gender - few men could compliment the athleticism of the “exotic dancers” in this video (directed by Ryan Staake of Pomp&Clout) without sounding like a real creeper. Credit where credit is due, though: these ladies can flex muscles I’m pretty sure I don’t even have.

The astoundingly classy vid (and for once, I’m not being even a little bit sarcastic) has drawn a lot of compliments for it’s unique concept and flawless execution - hey, if you’re going to have strippers in your music video, it’s a slippery slope to a full ‘Rack City’ set-up - but in my opinion the greatest of this music video’s achievements is the use of only one stripper named Crystal and absolutely none who would follow their name with the words “That’s with an ‘i’”.**

Diplo will be on a stage near you (ideally with space strippers in tow) for Stereosonic later this year - unless you’re going to Stereosonic Adelaide... awkies.
