Those babes from Digitalism have a trippy new video out for 'Falling'. So pretty. So whack.

Starting off with a thumping bassline and syncopated synths that build in texture and volume, DIGITALISM's new track indicates an exciting progression of the German duo's catchy electro house.

The video plays like a trippy episode of Playschool – hexagonal shapes and 3-dimensional cubes dance across the screen before cutting to toddlers with Vegemite cheeks staring, eating yoghurt and transfixed on the messed up tetris game before them. This has you thinking – have these children dropped acid and is this a responsible message to be sending?

Regardless, who really cares what Wendy Francis thinks? Not me.

Throughout the film clip, the coloured shape-patterns are a running theme, as are simple animated graphics including a motorised toy monkey pumping up a pair of cherry-red lips – with a bike-tyre pump. Yes, really. If collagen injections were this simple and painless, I'd be all over that shit.

The song ends as it begins – a thinning out of texture, fading to a lone beat to close.
