For the past so many years, CHROMEO have been squirting out some of the sexiest beats in the electro music game. They channel just the right amount of that disco-funk groove, coupled with enough smooth vocals and synth-pop sensibilities to make anyone with half a libido weak at the knees.
'Legs' is the name of the game and the title of the new track from CHUCK INGLISH (one of the two COOL KIDS)—and CHROMEO have stepped up to the plate to sprinkle it with a healthy dose of their golden charm. It's all "thigh-high stockings" and "swimsuit strings": a saucy song that calls for a saucy video. And a saucy video it gets.
David Maklovitch rocks a sparkling sequin-style suit; Patrick Gemayel channels some 90's New York rasta vibes; whilst INGLISH shuffles from one Acapulco shirt to the next—this gold chain to that gold chain. All three of them recline on the bonnet of a Mercedes sports car whilst models strut past. It's all very 'Wolf of Wall Street' kind of stuff.
'Legs' is all about sex, granted. But at least they've dressed it up.
