Not a whole lot is known about these fellas at present. This video for their track 'Kate & Tony' shows the band merrily jamming in what appears to be the living room of their house, shot entirely on VHS tape.
Victoria has given birth to a long line of fantastic bands over the last couple of years that all champion this strain of melancholy, reverb soaked, guitar-centric pop - CHAPTER MUSIC being the label at the forefront of this movement.
First impressions of BAD FAMILY see the act sitting comfortably alongside local peers such as THE ANCIENTS, THE STEVENS, DICK DIVER, THE TWERPS (the list goes on) with a certain 'south of the yarra' twang and atmostphere that definitely makes their work distinct.
