ALEX CAMERON has done it again with another awe-inspiring track titled 'Mongrel', accompanied with fitting visuals.
The satire king in music, Alex Cameron is known for making fun and challenging certain disparities in society. It's refreshing to sit back, listen and analyse a piece of music so lyrically impressive and meaningful. Taken from his debut album, Jumping The Shark, 'Mongrel' follows the lyrical style of other tracks, 'She's Mine', 'Take Care of Business', and most recently, 'The Comeback'.
'Mongrel' takes the 80's to Romania. Retro sounding pulsating synths, and a snappy drum beat follows Alex around Romania as he is shadowed by two young, serious women. Washed out imagery complements the dark imagery depicted through his words. Watch the video here, and collect your own thoughts on this one.

Since completing a North American tour, supporting Angel Olsen, Cameron will make his way across the states with artists Islands and Thee Oh Sees until reaching Europe for a slew of solo shows.
