"It’s a collection well-suited to lounging by a pool, resting by the fire or rubbing the sleep out of your eyes"

It rises, as if out of the morning fog on a crisp winter’s morning, blanketing the aural landscape with sound.

It’s the music of Sydney duo Twin Caverns and their debut EP. Following the trail blazed by the likes of The xx but with a much higher focus on blending atmospheric vocals with laconic guitar licks, it’s a collection well-suited to lounging by a pool, resting by the fire or rubbing the sleep out of your eyes searching for that morning coffee. It’s certainly not groundbreaking, but it’s a solid effort indicating significant potential for Twin Caverns.
