Canada based rapper Haviah Mighty has shared her newest single, ‘Flamenco’, taken from her highly anticipated mixtape, ‘Stock Exchange’ set to release later this Spring. The track features the legendary Latin Grammy Award winning, Mala Rodriguez to create an uplifting, sensual track, embodying the thrilling energy of its title.
Deb Never - Sweet & Spice ft. Jim-E Stack
Deb Never has teamed up with Jim-E Stack for 'Sweet & Spice', the latest single from her upcoming EP Where Have All The Flowers Gone?, out September 10th. The track is everything we’ve come to know and love about Deb Never’s songwriting style, with an added melodic and personal contribution from Jim-E Stack.
DoloRRes - D.T.R
Naarm based experimental rapper DoloRRes released his highlight anticipated debut EP, ‘It’s All Happening Somewhere Else’ earlier this week. With it came new single, and music video for track, ‘D.T.R’. From writing music since the age of 13, to working with some of the brightest names in Melbourne’s hip-hop scene, DoloRRes and his newest EP, solidifies him as an undeniable force to be reckoned with.
Injury Reserve - Knees
Phoenix based rap group Injury Reserve have announced their return following the tragic death of key member, Jordon Groggs, with the release of new single, ‘Knees’ taken from forthcoming album, ‘By the Time I Get to Phoenix’. The track 5 minute track features glitchy, emotive production, laying the platform for the groups members to laying down introspective verses on growth and evolution.
Moody Beach - Plastic Love
Today, Sydney/Eora based singer-songwriter Moody Beach (aka Melissah Mirage) reveals ‘Plastic Love’ taken from her forthcoming EP, ‘Assembly of the Wild’. The single explores Mirage’s experience in exploring love through varying mediums, whether open relationships, monogamy or singledom. Kim Moyes of The Presets lays down the drums on the track which combine perfectly with a thumpy bass line and heavily saturated guitar sections.
Sassy 009 - Here Comes The Weekend
Oslo’s Sassy 009 has released her new single, ‘Here Comes The Weekend’ with perfect timing. With the track, she blends alt pop vibes with rough electronic edge, creating a wall shaking, club ready banger.
Selasie - Unnatural
With ‘Unnatural’, 22-year-old Eora/Sydney artist Selasie brings vulnerability and brooding emotions to the Australian music scene. The debut single moulds together a range of sonic influences between banging beats, 80s synths and smooth R&B vocals, to tell a narrative fo a failed relationship.
