Album Review: The Game - Blood Moon: Year Of The Wolf

StarStarStar

"Game proves his worth"

More The Game The Game

Remember how The Game is past it, now little more than a fitness entrepreneur? Forget it. Bigger Than Me, Blood Moon’s opener, is a venomous tour de force. Even though it features too many shout-outs to the cool kids (including Eminem, Jay Z and – surprisingly, after their feud – 50 Cent) and even though his insecurities about his place in the rap world are so inflated they almost overwhelm him, it’s pure fire. Even though he jacks Drake’s 305 To My City flow on Fuck Yo Feelings, and flaws abound, Game proves his worth.
