Anyone in need of a jolt to the system should look no further than Perth producer Karl Thomas aka ShockOne's latest EP.

The glitch, buzz and rampant speed have been amped up for the man's latest, and despite its brevity it packs a punch. Reining in renowned UK jungle dons Ragga Twins for City Lock lets Thomas kick things off in top form; it's razor sharp, chaotic, fun, and instantly sets the vibe. Savoi on the title track is the more anthem-driven track, This Is Good Dubstep the Caribbean groover, and both peg the racing tempo down a bit, but it's not long before Some Kinda Drug Warp revs things up again.
