Somehow simultaneously ludicrous and enticing, Sex On Toast's Ready EP is a heady blend of the silly and the seductive.

Meeting somewhere in the space between Marvin Gaye and TISM, the Melbourne ten-piece manage to make it work without making it a joke. There's plenty to be dissected on the EP: from the '80s metal guitar solos to the honestly beautiful horn sections, the boys pack a whole lot into their songcraft. While the main single Oh Loretta! is a great sample of the band's funky style, the star of the EP is undoubtedly the sensational Give It To Me.
