"The weird tribal hip hop of My Word will probably do the most damage on dancefloors ... with an off kilter rap that operates according to its own rules."

The world may be running out of names for dance music producers but Ribongia, an archaic Italian word meaning chaos, pandemonium, rowdiness, general mischief; certainly isn't running out of ideas.

His latest EP overflows with them. From the perky post-house of Journeys, to the intangibly psychedelic detours of Oyo with its stutter-stop raving and exotic bird effects. The weird tribal hip hop of My Word will probably do the most damage on dancefloors, and quite possibly on the freeway, with an off-kilter rap that operates according to its own rules.
