Matt Okine ProfileDirect from triple j – so much so that he almost missed the gig – Matt Okine seemed a little down on his luck. Tales of past run-ins with the law and living in a horrible sharehouse were funny and well constructed but a little hard to believe, considering the past year he's had. This guy's funny – so funny that it seems, as great a job he currently has, triple j is holding him back. It's promoting him well, but not doing his humour justice – not like his live show.
