The Newport Bowling Club is suitably filled. Swivel begins with some light audience participation and a slide show at the ready.

The crowd is mostly of a slightly older demographic, and perhaps more informed about the kind of show that is about to unfold. Swivel is more of a storyteller than a comic; the show is a travel tale and transports us to Bangladesh, in a way. The punchlines are occasional; if you're expecting to see stand-up you may be disappointed — but if you're prepared for a story about Bangladesh and microfinance, you're in for a treat.
