"We should probably all commit blood sacrifices to ensure this isn't the last we hear from this unholy communion."

More Mantar More Mantar

Further evidence of genuine promise emerges from this Hamburg-based doom duo.

While some of this material could have been saved for the full-length follow-up to their well-received debut for Nuclear Blast, the title track of this EP is patently too good to have been kept a secret any longer. With lacerating vocals from Bolzer frontman Okoi Jones over chainsaw riffs, there's a savage chemistry between the veteran Swiss and German youngster. With results this inspired, we should probably all commit blood sacrifices to ensure this isn't the last we hear from this unholy communion.
