Brooklyn trio WET have released their new track 'Don't Wanna Be Your Girl' and it's just what you'd expect from the three-piece: chilled-out melodies with cooing vocals that just make you melt.
If you haven't heard WET's music before, I suggest listening to this one as an opener and then moving onto 'Dreams'. 'Don't Wanna Be Your Girl' is a fantastic pop track; as it's simple without sounding easy and not over-produced... Just sweet as.
'Don't Wanna Be Your Girl' slowly builds itself up slowly as the tracks plays. Slow, yet mesmerising all the same. The beat stomps through the track with a lovely distorted guitar following along.
WET have their debut EP coming out on October 15th and I have a feeling it's going to be a staple of my music collection for a long time. If you feel the same as I do, keep an eye out on iTunes and any other outlets that music has these days for the EP.
