Experimentalist MACHINEDRUM has flown over to the UK, abducted TROPICS' single, 'Blame', and completely beaten the crap out of it with his gritty, late night remix of the track.
Filling the original's airy space with a bunch of rigid synths and an accumulation of beats, Machinedrum has essentially lacquered the walls of, 'Blame' with a grimey bombardment of energy. Leaving Tropics' vocals in the foreground, an influx of rubbery samples reshape the track, as it's demeanour is one fuelled by an abrasive attitude.
It's as though Machinedrum has carelessly walked mud throughout Tropics' entire house, for the quiet of 'Blame' has been disrupted in the loudest, most unapologetic way possible.
