The latest cut from Tame Impala's forthcoming album, 'The Slow Rush' is here!
Making up for the very long time between 2015's Currents and last year when we finally received new music, Tame Impala have now shared a fourth single from forthcoming new album, The Slow Rush.
Titled 'Lost In Yesterday', the song follows on from 2019 singles 'Patience', 'Borderline', 'It Might Be Time', and 'Posthumous Forgiveness'. The song continues along the heavy disco influences we've heard in the previous singles, but rides a bouncy bass groove and an infectious, ready-for-a-singalong melody courtesy of Kevin Parker. Sounding brighter than the much more intimate, vulnerable 'Posthumous Forgiveness', 'Lost In Yesterday' is an exciting new glimpse into what The Slow Rush might look like come its Valentine's Day release. Listen below:
The Slow Rush arrives via Modular Recordings / Island Records Australia on Friday February 14.
