Got your daily dose of homegrown future R&B? No? Well, Perth's own Mr. SID PATTNI and MEG MAC have got you covered.
Brought to us by the burgeoning PILERATS records, the boys are continuously proving that they do indeed have their finger on the beating pulse of cutting edge Aussie music with their latest release.
A super-talented production heavyweight, as well as a classically trained pianist, SID PATTNI has been repping his particular blend of forward thinking hip-hop and soulful R&B out of Perth for the last year, playing shows all around the country and getting remixed for the lord himself, TA-KU.
The track 'Go Back Home' is a white-hot slab of sentimentality with swinging percussions and soothing keys. It's all rounded out by the luscious vocals of MEG MAC, a Melbourne-based songstress that will be bound to have you swooning throughout the whole track.
With this single not only further cementing SID's production skills but also solidifying Perth's rep level as a hotspot for tight Australian electronic music, be sure to be thanking PILERATS RECORDS for making this release a reality. Keep eyes on them for more heat sure to be coming soon!
