Live Review: LANKS 'Settle Down'

Melbourne man, Will Cuming is unstoppable. Operating under the LANKS moniker, his craftsmanship for 2015 alone has proved just how much of a hard worker he really is. Subsequent to announcing his second EP, Banquet, LANKS has just revealed its latest single, 'Settle Down'.

Fickle percussion and a bold keyline enter the space, though it's the sensitivity of a high-ranged vocal that warrants your undivided attention. Proceeded with the sweet clinks of a chime, dappled beats and the wonderfully double-recorded vocal, 'Settle Down' boasts an abundance of textures layered upon one another to heighten the gorgeous vocal harmonies at play.

Radiating a spiritual romance with its spine-tingling charm, 'Settle Down' may as well be a deity; offering wealth, beauty and the sense of appreciation to all of its adherents.

'Settle Down' is LANKS' third single from his forthcoming, Banquet EP. Endowed with vibrancy and compositional intellect, this packet of tunes will be available as of Friday, 3rd July.
