Live Review: L. K. McKay Tip Toes onto the scene with debut single

If you’ve ever needed a producer whilst in Adelaide you’ve probably heard of Luke McKay, but you might not have heard of L. K. MCKAY; spoiler alert, they’re the same person. This month, instead of polishing someone else's music to perfection L. K. McKay is bringing us his very own song 'Tip Toe' and if you don't mind a second spoiler, it's very, very good.

In recent years L. K. McKay has made a name for himself in the Adelaide, and Australian music scene as a whole, performing as a live DJ and producing artists such as Tkay Maidza. Over the last few weeks, however, he has been excitedly anticipating the release of his debut single ‘Tip Toe’ on social media with its release on January 18^th.

'Tip Toe' is a synth heavy piece of electro-pop that's sure to get you moving along in time to the beat. With vocal features from Doe Paoro and former Sparkadia frontman Alex Burnett 'Tip Toe' is the kind of melodic dance anthem that's made for hot, Australian summer nights (or early mornings if you've got the stamina for it.)

L. K. McKay is following 'Tip Toe' with an Australian tour and with a track this good we have no doubt it'll be a show you don't want to miss.
