Live Review: Kilter ‘Want 2’ Ft. Porsches

I’ve literally been waiting for a track like this to cross paths with me for such a long time. Sydney legend KILTER and newcomers PORSCHES, have teamed up for the stunning and upbeat ‘Want 2’.

It’s an anthem for all of us broke students with a partner, or those who are just really, really keen on someone and don’t know what to do.

The guys have meshed their sounds so well together to create this ingenious amalgamation of Ned’s incredible fascination with eclectic percussions, and Porsches' niche vocal sound and well-crafted guitar lines.

There’s a sunny element to this one, and will definitely bring some warmth to these incredibly cold days, particularly as of late. The production itself aims high, and certainly achieves this.

It’s a match made in heaven, and I’m so glad that it happened. I couldn’t think of a better sound to associate with this collaboration, and Kilter and Porsches have certainly outdone themselves with this one.
