JODIE ABACUS has unveiled a bass-heavy electronic remix of his latest single, 'I'll Be That Friend' from the one and only JAGWAR MA's Jono Ma.

'I'll Be That Friend' originally takes form as a piano and vocal driven, lively 70's-esque track. Anyone else feel that hidden hint of The Beatles in this? Jodie's eclectic musical diet ranges from hip-hop, to jazz, to funk so I guess we could say he has quite the appetite. Stripping back from a choir-filled uplifting track, Jono Ma, a third of Australian psyche wizards Jagwar Ma has infused a fast-paced, energetic and pretty intense version. Have a listen!

Showcasing Jodie's impressive and distinctive piano riffs, Jono Ma has warped the vocals into a deeper and darker tone to create quite the ominous vibe. Definitely a groove-filled dance version has taken over, changing the entire mood from the original track.
