Closing in on what is nearly 2 months since GOLD PANDA'S release of his third full length album, his labelmate FORT ROMEAU has taken on remix duties for the shimmering bouncy dance track 'COMMUNITY'. The remixer imprints his well known silky deep house style onto the track, completely switching up the feel from the original.
FORT ROMEAU'S remix proves to be a more progressive and minimal approach to the GOLD PANDA track, a rendition that would work equally as well for vibing out in your bedroom or for warming up the dancefloor.
Clocking in at 8 minutes and 34 seconds, FORT ROMEAU sets to take the listener on a journey, through house pianos and arpeggios, tribal drum patterns, and rolling bass sequencing - at some points sounding reminiscent of the Roland TB-303.
With this kind of quality coming from FORT ROMEAU, I am very keen to see what's in store next from this London-based deep house producer.
