Live Review: BONZAI sets out to succeed by any means with eclectic banger 'I Did'

Upcoming R&B/Hip hop artist BONZAI has dropped her latest single, 'I Did' and it's as refreshing as it is out of this world.

American-born 20-year-old Bonzai already has a long list of musical success, in past backing for singer/songwriter NAO as well as releasing two EP's via Mura Masa's label.

Her latest track, 'I Did' is a cascade of arpeggiated synth melodies and unique percussive sounds. Grasping the pop genre in her sound, Bonzai flips it on its back, throwing electrifying hip-hop and R&B vibes all over it. Take a listen to this galactic and deliciously mysterious banger!

Masterfully produced, soulful vocals take forefront of this track showing us exactly what Bonzai can do. Annie Mac has placed the single as her Hottest Record In The Worlds in Radio 1, coming as a warm welcoming as this girl has just begun the start of her UK tour. 'I Did' is Bonzai's latest track from her upcoming EP, Lunacy out on October 28th.
