"This actually sounds like generic, recycled rap."

More Kid Ink More Kid Ink

Kid Ink’s third LP is a mixed bag, one that’s hard to see making much of an impact on the current music world, let alone hip hop.

Sure, there are a couple of good tracks, notably Body Language, featuring Usher and Tinashe, and Cool Back. But Full Speed is more below average than above. About Mine with Trey Songz is really not at all sexy and closer, POV, is even worse – “This sound like porn music” – really, dude? This actually sounds like generic, recycled rap. Wait a minute… this is generic, recycled rap. Next.
