If we had to summarise Joseph Moore, he’s a lovable, awkward, dorky Kiwi we as Australians should embrace.
He personally gave everyone who came to his show a certificate, at which point hearts melted at his sincerity. He takes some risks but nothing too drastic. He impersonates black rappers, feminists, Americans and his teenage self. The highlight was his impersonations of autotuned Kanye West circa the 808 And Heartbreak album. He also uses a lot of slides, short film skits and sound effects, the best being his edited short clip of The Chronicles Of Narnia, starring – who else? – Joseph Moore.
