Impeccable early singles Jerks Of Attention, Military Strongmen and Animal slip along and make you feel ten foot tall whether you’re wasted or not, but later morsels She’s Like A Comet and Lost My Nerve still hit the right highs. The Jebs may not have evolved too much, but then Kevin Mitchell’s ‘Bob Evans’ persona does well for those who have moved on to records that won’t wake the kids. Twenty’s bowl is packed with good shit.
