"There’s not as much hauling people on stage to do mad shit as there’s been in the past – but it’s not necessary. Byrne’s at his best when focused, in the zone, and in full comedy flow."

He literally comes in like a wrecking ball, and does material about wrecking his balls. That's this madcap Irishman's modus operandi, and nobody does it better. High energy rants about sensitive medical issues and the travails of Irish family life are interspersed with some first class banter with an audience that's eating out of Byrne's hand. Byrne is a true entertainer, keeping the show 100 per cent relatable and the laughs easy. There's not as much hauling people on stage to do mad shit as there's been in the past – but it's not necessary. Byrne's at his best when focused, in the zone, and in full comedy flow.
