It’ll age well with every listen.

More Jackson Browne More Jackson Browne

The sparsely orchestrated introduction to the title track on Standing In The Breach provides a moment of reflection as it ebbs and flows into its epic apex.

How fitting an example this is for the rest of the album, as Browne’s reflections and ruminations on the world are at the fore throughout the record. It’s been six years since his last record, and now Jackson Browne returns with his 14th album, and it is a no-frills affair of the most honest variety. It’ll age well with every listen.
