If it's not obvious by this point, where big fans of emerging club music here at Purple Sneakers, and our radio show is the perfect outlet for us to be able to spotlight some of our fav acts doing huge things at the moment. Which is why the artist who jumped on our latest guest mix is super exciting.

VERBOTEN BERLIN is the name of this new project, and whilst there's not a lot of info on the web about them (besides the fact that they're obviously from Berlin), they've just dropped a huge debut single featuring local legend Running Touch.

The single is called 'If I Give It To You' and it's 4am, deep club music at its best.

The track itself is a slow burner, using the entirety of its lifespan to really fill up as much of that space as it can. It starts out minimal, building with the fitting vocals and finally eventuating into something dark, beautiful and ready for the club.

They jumped on the guest mix this week and delivered a whole twenty minutes of well curated club cuts featuring some pretty expansive sound design, including a huge Four Tet remix of a Bicep favourite, a Booka Shade classic and of course ending with their debut single.
