Sydney duo SONHANDER x CHAO are finishing up what's been a huge year for them. The electronic duo has been making waves across Sydney with the release of their debut EP, Sonar, happening earlier in 2017.
The EP totally solidified them as a duo to watch with their daring vocals and incredibly calculated production. They're masters of their sound and aren't afraid to be multi-dimensional musicians, so each track feels 3D to some extent, what with all of the hidden layers of sound that creep in and out. The production is emotive, the vocals are evocative. Everything is meticulously crafted, and they've carried that same ethos into their guest mix too.
Featuring an array of tracks anchored by certain moods, this mix works hard to keep you on your toes and absolutely diversify itself with every passing second. With tracks and moods selected from the likes of Christopher Port, ESAR and jhassic, this guest mix is everything Sonhander x CHAO are, and the result feels honest, refreshing and totally them.
