Gillian English: Get Around Me

"The show is laugh out loud, uncomfortable at times, brutally honest, and just plain brutal."

Canadian Gillian English takes the small Wednesday night Perth Fringe crowd in her stride, using the words "DON'T PANIC" tattooed on the inside of her right wrist to deliver a courageous, hilarious and deeply emotional performance.

English tells the story of playing AFL for Canada. Then things take a dark turn after we discover she is sexually assaulted.

English calls on her Shakespearean training delivering comedy and tragedy in equal measures. The show is laugh out loud, uncomfortable at times, brutally honest and just plain brutal. Go see it.
