Gehennah have taken a stripped and raw approach to their latest Too Loud To Live, Too Drunk To Die, the Swedish thrashers bringing together what sounds like the lovechild of Motorhead and Venom.

Featuring an orchestra of speeding double kicks and licks, Too Loud To Live... is packed with two-minute power blasts in Still The Elite, Unholy & Unpleasant and When All Else Fails — Destroy!. Admittedly the vocals of Mr Violence can wear thin after a few listens, but if you are craving that late-'80s thrash sound, then you'll be pleased to give this a spin.
