Frocking Hilarious

For the third year running the Frocking Hilarious comedy gala has boasted a line-up of some of the best comediennes to grace a stage.

Among the plentiful delights on offer, the sheer genius of Em Rusciano’s way to explain pornography to your children, which riffs on Do Re Mi (Maria & The Children) from The Sound Of Music, is hard to top. 

Of the two blokes who found themselves on stage, the one in the pink shirt’s prowess as an ice-dancing partner for Penny Greenhalgh won the crowd, while smug advertising Adam’s unsuccessful attempts to upstage Susie Youssef served as an inadvertent study in how to turn a packed house against you in one sentence and hang yourself with the rest. Ladies go large.
