"He extends the LP's darkest tendencies and experiments with new and rougher textures."

More Flume More Flume

For the second (and final?) companion to Flume's Grammy-winning Skin he extends the LP's darkest tendencies and experiments with new and rougher textures.

It also features a not so companion-y line-up of collaborators; the four-track EP hosts vocals from Pusha-T, Moses Sumney and Dave Bayley of Glass Animals.

Fantastic, the Glass Animals collab, is a standout. Harley Streten develops the band's drippiest, slinkiest tendencies and adds a welcome, pearlescent funk. These sounds are pushed further and into more interesting territory by an analog-inspired, uncharacteristic roughing up.
