Eddie Ifft: Too Soon?

And while what followed was an excellent performance, no matter what he did from there on, he had won most of the audience over at that exact moment.

For those who get easily offended, Eddie Ifft probably isn't for you because his latest show, Too Soon?, is no-holds barred thrashing of his personal opinion on matters such as religion, porn, relationships and Australian culture.

Ifft has a knack for being offensive but charismatic at the same time, almost so you can't help but laugh at a joke that maybe you normally wouldn't. From jokes about cancer and homeless men fighting to growing up Catholic and being molested, Ifft is a natural showman and storyteller. Not even the hecklers in the audience could outdo him, which was seen after one kind audience member bought him a beer and then someone from the back of the room started a chant of scull. And as any self-respecting beer-loving comedian would do, Ifft obliged by sculling the beer. And while what followed was an excellent performance, no matter what he did from there on, he had won most of the audience over at that exact moment.
